"Passable"

They had charged extra amount(Rs548) for early reporting for one room , but rest two room provided after 9&11 hours respectively ! Booked one family room hadn't provided, only normal rooms given !

Room and bathroom were neat and nice.

The alleyway upto the building is not clean or hygienic. The hallway of the hotel had a smell. The place where food is prepared for the guests is not hygienic. The neighborhood itself is unclean. Even the table in the room is dusty and not cleaned up. The AC and geyser was not turned on when we checked in and we had to remind the manager to turn them on from his control.
