"Amazing property - cannot believe it was that price!"

The property was spotlessly clean. Bedding was fresh and the bathroom was immaculate. There was plenty of utensils in the kitchen for us all to be able to cook. The property was a 5 min walk to the tram stop giving quick access into the city center. We would highly recommend this place and will be first choice if we need to stay over in Nottingham again!

"Great location and value for money when you are spending a quick night in Nottingham."

Easy to find location. Parking right outside the front door always a plus. Keycode box worked - surprising number of places give you the incorrect code! Comfortable sitting room. Comfortable beds. Good shower pressure in upstairs shower. Nice outdoor space for quick evening drink before we went out.

The garden could be lovely with a bit more watering and care. When budget allows some more "luxurious" carpeting would be a plus - bit threadbare in parts.

Lovely, quiet location. Very comfortable beds, good shower. Really helpful and responsive host. Good location for us around 10 minutes from NTU Clifton by car . Good amenities, had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast. Great stay, and very good value for money. Would definitely stay again. Very comfy lounge with corner sofa. We had a lovely stay.
