The house definitely needed some renovation & a more cleaning.

Look nothing like the pictures

Extremely dirty and unsanitary

We were not happy with the cleanliness of the place. The house was listed as nonsmoking however smelled of marijuana. A marijuana joint was sitting on the window sill. The windows were all open and the back door was not secured. We soon realized it had no lock at all. The walls are very thin. You could hear the neighbors in the next duplex clearly. Trash was all over the back yard. Both bins in front were full and swarming with flies. There were moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot. This place was not worth the cost. Very disappointing. Gate/fence in the backyard was not secured. Had to keep a very close eye on pet to ensure he didn’t get out.

It was clean and nice … I LOVED the lake view the community was nice and peaceful .

This accomodation was absolutely not comfortable. The most significant problem was the "fresh" air. We can not breath fresh air at all because of the neighbours who was smoking everything!! all the time and it came in our private area, inside of the house as well. Other problem: One of the showers did not work. (The water did not come from the tap.) The pictures (on the website) do not show the current condition of the house. The reality is much worse.
