Joyful Home at the best resort in Orlando

Gostamos de tudo, a casa é perfeita, acomodou muito bem 12 pessoas. Estava tudo muito limpo, roupas de cama e toalhas de banho limpas. A localização era ótima. Precisamos de mais secadores de cabelo e na mesma hora instalaram novos nos banheiros, todas dúvidas foram prontamente respondidas. O ar condicionado funcionava muito bem, visto que fomos em dias de temperaturas quentes. As camas muito confortáveis e a cozinha muito bem equipada. Vou recomendar e me hospedaria novamente, somente coisas boas a dizer do tempo em que passamos na casa. Foi perfeito!

Location was excellent for Disney and Sea World.

When we arrived, it was extremely hot inside. It took a day for it to get cool because the air conditioner was turned up so high.

This is a beautiful home in the heart of it all. This will be my family's go to when in Florida

The amenities on the complex were brilliant. Really good food in the poolside restaurant with the lazy river. Lovely huge heated pool and jacuzzi too. Great to have a parking space right outside the front door. Also really good that the rubbish was collected every day. 2 bathroom showers out of 4 were really good. Xavier at the gate was so very helpful .

Didn't receive QR code for entry to the complex every day, even after 3/4 texts and emails to the owner. Luckily the gateman let us in with ID. Only 3 teaspoons in the kitchen for 9 people. Only 1 small saucepan for us all to cook different breakfasts in!! One bathroom only had cold water - no hot water from the shower at all. The downstairs shower just dripped out with no power behind it. After 2 days of warm pool we had a horrendous lightening storm and were then told we would have to pay $20 per day to have the pool switched on again for the heater and pump. For the size of the pool for 9 people this seemed very unfair.

locatie was goed, het huis was groot en ruim met een fijn eigen zwembadje , het resort was netjes onderhouden. er was eigenlijk alles wat je nodig had in het huis aanwezig inclusief eerste paar verbruiks items zoals :koffie, thee , vaatwasser blokjes wc papier en keukenrol enz. genoeg handdoeken , zelfs een paar grote strandlaken. werd goed gereageerd op vragen via whatsapp

betere airconditioning in het huis is wel gewenst kreeg het huis smiddags niet gekoeld hoofd slaapkamer had een mega krakend bed betere in en uitrij mogelijkheden op het park zou fijn zijn. inchecken bij een front gate was een beetje omslachtig maar wel gelukt, werkte met een QR code je mocht zelf geen eten eten en drinken meenemen naar het zwembad op het park en de gehanteerde prijzen aan de bar waren natuurlijk niet mals. water in de openbare zwembaden was warm en niet de verkoelende duik waar je op hoopt.

Location is excellent for all the parks and airport facilities were excellent if we had a problem messaged the owner and it was sorted the same day so the communication was spot on

The ac was not that cold. And the downside had to fans.

It was quite and close to all the parks we went too. The Restaurants was close.

We had no dislike . Enjoyed

Liked the size of property and access to green space for walks. Liked the easy access to shopping and had lots of tv channels and good wifi. The pool complex looked great although we didn’t use it. It was nice and quiet.

The security of the compound. Our QR code to scan into property didn’t really work. Didn’t like some of the pillows as they were flat. Unresponsiveness of the host when we sent a message it took couple days to respond. The minimal amount of supplies like just couple of washcloths and small supply of toilet paper - which we were informed by email after we got there that there is a one day supply. Lack of serving bowls. A big issue was all the wooden bridges have holes in them which is dangerous.
