Oporto City View - Santo Ildefonso Lovely

Espacio muy amplio y confortable que superó mis expectativas con creces. La dotación, muy completa. La ubicación, estupenda, en pleno centro.

Si tuviera que poner una pega, que no fue ningún inconveniente, es que la televisión, por el tamaño de la habitación, resulta muy pequeña para verla desde la cama. Las escaleras resultan incómodas si se lleva mucho o pesado equipaje. Los peldaños son altos (me caí).

A külső zajok, lépcsőház ajtaja olyan erősen csapódott be, hogy többször arra ébredtünk éjszaka. Az ablakunk alatt éjszaka főztek (este 10 után), és a szagok nagyon érződtek csukott ablak mellett is.

В апартамента на партера има хубав вътрешен двор с голяма маса. Хубаво беше, че имаше и две бани. Имаше всичко необходимо.

Апартамента на втория етаж има нужда от обновяване. Терасата е остъклена и не много удобна.

Aunque no estaba muy céntrico, en poco rato andando estabas en todos los sitios. Zona tranquila aunque muy antiguo, como todo Oporto. El apartamento muy bien, con todo lo necesario como cualquier hogar.

Nada que destacar.

Su ubicación y la comunicación con el personal

Falta mantenimiento. Las ventanas no cerraban bien, solo hay 1 radiador portátil, la pared tenían agujeros ( en la habitación interior) y las cápsulas de la cafetera hay que sacarlas por arriba ya que no caen después de usarlas.

Els matalassos molt durs, no havia mantes per si tenies fred, la dutxa es regula la temperatura amb dificultat.

Walking distance to all the beauties! Spacious flat.

Curtians we're falling from the rails, walls and doors not clean, couch finished, dining chairs torn and needs to be replaced. Matress in Main bedroom the WORST EVER! Aircon not working, no extra blankets/pillows and the WiFi never worked properly, too slow and low in up and download speed. Shower is not working properly! I will NEVER recommend this apartment , and the owner/ agent should be ashamed renting this out!

Útulný, prostorný, čistý apartmán. Dobře vybavená kuchyň. Nádherná terasa na večerní víno nebo ranní kávu. Blízko stanice metra, supermarket i výborné restaurace. Většina památek je cca 15 minut chůze.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Perfect location. Only 15-minute walk to Duoro river, Ribeira old city and central attractions of Porto. Late check-in and easy access to the apartment.

When we arrived at the apartment, the only air conditioner available for two bedrooms and a dining room was not working. It was out of order. Apartment is on the ground floor and it was very cold inside. we tried to get in touch with the host but our attepts were withot success. There were two telephone numbers in case of emergency but none of them answered. There were no additional blankets, neither electric heaters. It was extremely cold during the night and we had to sleep with our jackets on. In the morning, after a few more attemts to contact the host, finally they answered us and promised to fix the problem. They called at noon and explained that the A/C had been repaired. Unfortunately when we got back to the apartment in the evening it was as cold as in the morning. We guess they had only cleaned the A/C but not fixed it. We called the host again and this time he brought an electric heater and just two more blankets for five people. The electric heater managed to make the apartment warm for the rest of the days.
