Beautiful, modern apartment with great facilities. Excellent location close to beach, supermarkets and restaurants

The apartment was lovely but the hotel needs updating. I could hear lots of building work so hopefully the hotel is being renovated

The location

Construction noise is deafening and consistent. Mould on walls downstairs Shower leaked downstairs and flooded into bedroom. Light taped to ceiling downstairs. Plugs fizzing all week. Windows don’t open in one bedroom. Hot tub was filthy on arrival, then didn’t work, then a new filter fitted, but went cold, so couldn’t use it all week. Pool dirty. Staff dismissive. Loud music from privately owned apartment from 2am- 6am. We had teenagers upset about this!! Kettle leaked and destroyed food. We are not professional complainers, it’s just not ok.

The apartment was in absolutely beautiful condition. Newly refurbished. Spotlessly clean. Great location, but not Playa Fanabe. Thanks

Lots of construction going on, so it's not great. We stayed in this complex before, and it was the same. Hot tub takes over patio,so I personally would have preferred the space for proper table and chairs, but it is a lovely apartment, and we enjoyed the poolside location.

Very modern apartment with nice pool

The staff on reception were rude especially older guy when first checking in. The jacuzzi flooded the balcony which resulted in water leaking through the ceiling in the bedroom downstairs. We told staff and they didn’t seem to care we had to sort it ourselves and 2 members of our group didn’t have a bedroom for the rest of the holiday.

The service from the manager was very bad,on three occasion we asked him for English speaking TV each time he said back in 5 min,never did return.The place was a building site, noise all.the time dirt all over the place,being dropped by builders as they passed our apartment.Hot water took an age to come through,a wast of water. Units built for 7' tall people far to high unable to use some.No second mirror,need full length for the ladies.Not enough sun beds. Very bad value for the cost paid,£741,13 for a week.No cleaners in 7 days no bed or towels changed. No mop or correct cleaning materials. No lights at night,very dangerous,finding our way through the builders rubble. You should have put in temporary lighting. Not informed of the 8 units being refurbished beforehand,if I had my wife and I would not have booked. This week was part of our honeymoon,you let us badly down.
