Grand Lido Negril Au-Naturel, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

So many things to be disappointed about. First off booked 3 rooms for 4 nights Im a Lifetime Titanium member and will not receive any points because a family member paid for the rooms. At check in we were told we could not sign or use our cc for my mom’s room for incidentals even though she is legally blind and my brother has power of attorney for her. One room not water in shower, another no hot water for couple days After being at the gym and walking back to room, security told me I can’t walk there because I’m not staying there. When she saw my bracelet she told me oh I didn’t think you were staying there. I didn’t know people who stay at au natural hotels have a look. Food at Royalton many restaurants closed. Was disappointed restaurant at Lido closed. Buffet was basically same food both meals (lunch and dinner) every day Security was lacking!! I was off property and walked back on after midnight and guard was sleeping! Once arrive at Hideaway lobby is was in darkness and security said nothing to me. Walking back to Lido not one security guard in sight and lights were dim. No need to stay at Lido for butler or any Royalton property diamond because you can now book dinner reservations on an app. Booked my mom spa treatments and we weren’t allowed to pay by cc or cash could only charge to room which was a pain. Overall not happy with experience at all. Especially being a Lifetime Titanium Bonvoy member. Do not book through Marriott!! Oh we also prepaid before arrival and when we got there was told we need to pay! We visit Jamaica aprox twice a year and will not be back.

This was our seventh trip to Grand Lido Negril since 2014 and as always, we had a fantastic time meeting new people and reuniting with the staff who make our stay great. At the pool bar Peaches, Dwaine, and Andrew went above and beyond to make amazing drinks! We never went thirsty. For entertainment Simone came through, as she always does, to get vacationers involved in games, laughing, dancing and just having fun while at Grand Lido. Captain Kirk also helped keep us entertained while making sure we were well attended to on the pool deck. Ricardo was our Butler, and we cannot say enough good things about him and the excellent job he does. At the Martini Bar Cleon who we have known since 2014 not only made us excellent drinks, but he broke out a deck of cards and did magic tricks just like at the Old Grand Lido during our first stay there.

My husband & I were celebrating our 40th anniversary & booked 6 nights at Grand Lido Negril. This is an all inclusive resort that enables access to 2 additional resorts (Hideaway & the Royalton). Our suite had jetted tub, oversized shower with 2 rainfall shower heads plus hand held. We were assigned 2 butlers (Romaine and Michelle) who were fabulous- checking on us, making dinner reservations & Romaine even decorated our room (see photo). Food was wonderful, all staff was friendly & helpful. Grand Lido is adults only & “clothing optional” so if you’re of age I highly recommend Grand Lido Negril!

The staff was phenomenal and the property was nice and clean. Very enjoyable experience. Will surely return . there was something to experience everyday. many restaurants to choose from with this all inclusive resort.

Hot tub not working place looked worn down Had to have three things fixed in room We were promised a bottle of gin on arrival never got Had to ask to restock coffee pods never restocked snacks Butlers where lazy Simone was the bright spot she deserves a huge raise Food was great

We stayed at this resort after checking out of the Hideaway next door, just for 1 night. Our butler made sure there was a birthday banner was on the door since I was still celebrating and she stayed available. Check in was a breeze, but again they dont allow early check in. Room was basic. This is a nude resort, so there are areas where you have to be nude. Very quiet, chill spot. You can utilize the restaurants and other facilites at the Hideway and the Royalton.

We recently came back from another amazing vacation at Grand Lido Negril, and once again, it did not disappoint. The staff truly make this place special and are the main reason we keep coming back. A big shoutout to Kimika, who always made sure everything was running smoothly. She was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Our butlers, Michelle and Romaine, were fantastic — attentive, kind, and always one step ahead of our needs. Simone kept the energy up every day with fun activities and great entertainment. Peaches at the bar was an absolute gem — always cheerful and mixing up delicious drinks. And we have to mention Pleashes, the beach cook, who made some of the best meals we had during our trip. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mark, the new restaurant manager. He’s doing a great job, and you can already see the positive changes he's bringing. Thank you to everyone at Grand Lido for making our stay so enjoyable. We felt welcomed and well taken care of the entire time. Can’t wait to come back!

The service there was phenomenal! Michelle/Romaine/Crystal was super nice and helpful throughout my entire stay. The house keeper toycia was on point with handling my room which was super clean every day I was there. The staff was the best part of my trip! I felt right at home. The food was good it actually tasted like good Jamaican rather than that generic food you get at a RIU. I would definitely go back if I go to negril again. But if the same staff isn’t there when I go back I want a refund lol. Don’t want no one else. Thank you for everything!!!

The friends that I came here with at the Royalton resort we who told me about the experience that I would have when I get here and I definitely appreciate it alot. And I also enjoyed every moment of my vacation. Also, the experience outside of the resort is great we went to different nightclubs and also we went on the 7 mile beach. We had so many drinks. We have so many food and different experiences at different bars and restaurants at the Royalton resort in Negril thanks to JOVIE Prince and also Jace and Chana at the Hideaway and grand Lido and Royalton pool bar thanks to all these hard working and staff It was fun and I will be back.
