Puffin House Seahouses

The location was great. Everything within 5 minute walk. The property was lovely and clean and spacious.

It would have been great if I could have turned up the electric heaters, as it was quite cold.

The house was very clean and well equipped and the welcome basket, fruit and flowers were lovely touches. We were comfortable and warm.

We had to buy toilet rolls which wasn’t a problem but would have helped to know beforehand. Twin bedroom door very noisy to open and shut. Parking a problem because of other vehicles blocking the entrance to the lane. - not our hosts fault. Would have preferred a bannister to the rope.

The cottage was immaculate and well equipped. The owners were so helpful and friendly. The location was great, just a stones throw from the beach!

I appreciated the explicit instructions for finding the keys and receiving the necessary code well in advance.

Obviously in such an old town the parking facilities are extremely limited and so the bollard idea is probably a good solution. Unfortunately they were quite tricky to use. |However the host provided a permit for the main car park which was an excellent alternative to parking near the house. We were impressed by his forethought.
