i like on how the security really did their job and it is very secure. the bed is cozy too and i have nothing to complain about that.

the customer service is very sucks cause he/she didnt respond to me immediately as i need confirmation from the customer service to extend my stay there. same thing when i ask if we can rent any stove or kettle as the kettle is broke. she/he just seen my chat in whatsapp. the house is not that clean, it was full of dust and the floor is not that clean.

客服还是屋主态度超级恶劣，打电话给客房/屋主都不接电话的，屋子都是灰尘，衣橱都是坏的，蚂蚁多到。。。。冲凉房的热水器不会正常操作，没有 wifi, 没有电视，客房冷气不会冷，客厅没有窗帘布没有冷气，沙发坐下去人都不能起来，露台根本没有收拾。。。。。没有下一次了
