La ubicación, y que aunque es chiquitín no le falta nada.

Las cortinas no funcionan y tuvimos que poner el edredón colgado de la ventana avatiente para que los vecinos de enfrente no vieran si estábamos en la cocina en el sofá o en la cama

La ubicación es buenísima.. justo en la plaza del charco. El apartamento está bien.. tenía de todo. Muy cómodo. Y sobre el aparcamiento está la explanada del muelle cerca.

Si es para descanso... Hay un poco de ruido por la mañanas con la limpieza de calles.. y si te pilla fin de semana hay una pub/discoteca donde se escucha gente en la calle.

Ubicación, terraza y equipamiento en general.

Necesita renovar y cambiar muchas cosas, como la cortina, cambiar la silicona de la ducha o la luz de la cocina.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, huge corner terrace so there's sunshine most of the day. The flat is bright, even though it's facing the north. Good internet for working. Gated, safe apartment complex. Quiet during the day. I really enjoyed my stay.

The smell from the kitchen sink, it's better if it's closed with the sink plug. Low pressure of the water in the shower but bearable. Can be loud at night.

Spacious, good location and quite decent. Host was helpful and gave quick replies to my questions. Only downside was that hot water was very slow, which is not uncommon, and that's it's getting a little worn down. I still would recommend it. Balcony is huge. You should expect some noise from the streets at night during weekends. After all, it is in the middle of the city centre.

Position, price, light was amazing!

I have a 10 anyway but maybe for suggestions: the table outside need to be changed, if the fridge is too noisy for you it is possible just to switch it off.
