We were there to watch the Lionesses play, we couldn't have asked for a better location, we walked to the game. All the shops you need are close by. The property is gorgeous and quirky and has everything you need. Off street parking is always a bonus

Lovely comfortable quirky cottage , booked this as we wanted to visit our Granddaughter who actually only lived just along the same road , we were not aware of how many stairs there was to the kitchen , bathroom & bedrooms so they were a bit challenging for my husband as he has a cast on his leg and on crutches ! He did manage very well though , nice and central to the city & river walk ,

Nothing really, well perhaps the security gate to get in and out of the property , it took me two days to get the code right first time , then you must remember to have the fob with you to get back in through the main gate , I know good to be secure & we did get used to it .

First of all excellent communication with the owner My daughter was on business so myself husband and dog joined her in the cottage . The place is spotless and beds comfy, we had everything we needed. It is in a safe secure and quiet spot and behind the cottage across the bridge is a supermarket so we could get any food/ drink if we wanted to. Everything you need is provided in the cottage . There is a hot tub too but you need to let the owners know if you wish to use it as there is an extra charge. Short walk into Norwich where there is a really good food market and many street food stalls . We drove to Southwold which was very nice but there are many more places you can drive to on the coast . The cottage is excellent location for visiting Norwich football ground

The location is good, quite near castle and city center

Very clean and comfortable. Great location and loved the free parking so close to the city. Very secure.
