Spacious 3br In Center City

The apartment was spacious as advertised. The kitchen was well-equipped. The city center was a short walk away, and it is near the B metro line and some buses, which made our everyday travel easy. The host was very responsive. We had a few issues, and they were resolved quickly. The apartment is in an older house, so it has its charm. It is situated on the third floor, with two bedrooms on its second level. And the stairs are quite narrow. It was a nice workout for everyday use, but a bit scary when we needed to get up and down with heavy suitcases.

The code for the key box was wrong, so we needed to call the host and get the right one. The pressure of the hot water in the shower could have been better (but was okay overall). It was noisy at night on the street, especially Friday/Saturday, like honking cars, loud music (around 3 am), also helicopters flying (to the hospital, I suppose, but that was easier to adjust to). But, to be fair, hosts did provide earplugs.

Location and manager who helped with the door were great.

Dust in the air vents irritated my allergies, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

-wrong code to collect keys was stressful after a long journey- host answered and send proper in half hour -TV in the living room does not have wifi connection, we tried to set it up without success, there is also no antenna so it is useless -a hair dryer would be useful.

Very close to all the bars and shops. Easy transport link to the stadium

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and received a one bed apartment with no explanation from landlord

The location was perfect about 20mins from the airport without traffic. Easy access to the shops local spots. Comfotable accommodation. Ideal for those wanting to venture out everyday. Perfect

No Hot water for the first 11 nights of my stay, which was stressful dealing with it.

I didn’t like anything

The property was all the way up on the third floor and it was very scary. I couldn’t sleep because I felt trapped.

Awesome location in the middle of Philadelphia. The bedrooms are very comfortable and everything necessary to have a one-week stay in the city was provided.

It was difficult to understand how the built-in AC works.
