Lovely apartment, perfect location. I did need to ring about parking and was quick to answer and sort for me. Really very helpful

Position of the flat was good with main sites within easy walking distance. From the main room there is a good view of the cathedral, castle and river. The flat was comfortable and clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay.

Five of the ceiling lights were not working and some did not even have bulbs in place ! Kitchen utensils were barely adequate.

Perfect location, very clean, amazing kitchen area with super views inc Cathedral, thoroughly enjoyed!

The apartment is in a perfect location, walking distance to everything we needed. The view from the lounge includes the top of the cathedral. There were 4 adults staying here, and we never felt cramped or crowded. It is a beautiful apartment. The rooms are a great size, with comfortable beds and a fully functioning kitchen. Considering the location and amount of flats, we didn't hear another soul for the whole weekend, it was very quiet. We would all happily stay there again without hesitation.

The toilet seat needs replacing as it is peeling and looks dirty, although it obviously isn't. The blinds in the back bedroom are well worn and come away from their runner when being opened/closed so could do with replacing too. We couldn't find the hairdryer as listed on the facilities. The tops of the wardrobes hadn't been dusted for a while, which we realised when we went to store something up there and ended up covered in dust. There is a lack of storage in the bathroom, which although not a fault as such, is a little unusual.

The location, very well maintained apartment, tv in every room,bathroom was refurbished...I'm considering to rent it again next Monday for four nights..

The location was perfect for a visitor coming to see the sights of Norwich city centre, or coming for any other purpose needing a city centre location. Parking onsite was available at an additional charge. Complimentary tea and coffee was left in the kitchen.

No negative things to report.
