FREmplacement idéal. Logement large pour accueillir du monde. Un confort décent pour dormir pour chacun. La deuxième salle de bain est très pratique.
Le rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble servait de point de deal : des dizaines d'acheteurs rentraient dans la cour quotidiennement. Plusieurs éléments cassés/endommagés : - La climatisation dans le salon ne marchait pas - Le seuil de porte pour accéder au salon était cassé - Les toilettes principaux avaient une fuite à l'arrière - Le chauffe-eau de la deuxième salle de bain fuyait - Le verrou de la porte de la première salle de bain était cassée et quelques autres remarques.
ITL'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile: ha risposto tempestivamente alle nostre richieste e le ha sapute soddisfare. La struttura si trova in una buona posizione: il centro è facile da raggiungere a piedi e si trovano anche vari locali in questa zona.
DEGute Lage im Stadtzentrum. Schöne hohe Zimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Kleine Mängel: Lichtschalter Toilette Wackelkontakt. Bäder kann man nicht zusperren. Fehlende Garderobe. Das trübt aber den Gesamteindruck nicht.

ATDie Lage ist zentral, es befindet sich an einer belebten Strasse. Uns hat der Lärm von aussen nicht gestört. Die Wohnung ist gross, die Möblierung ist in Ordnung.
Als aller erstes Internet ist sehr schwach,teilweise nicht vorhanden,immer wieder langes warten auf Verbindungsaufbau. Die Wohnung ist sehr verkommen, die Türen zwischen Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer und zum Korridor können nicht geschlossen werden. Kein Tageslicht in einem der Schlafzimmer, weil man die Aussenrollos nicht hochheben konnte. In einem der beiden Badezimmer hat die Dusche gar nicht funktioniert. In der Toilette ist Lichtschalter kaputt. In den Badezimmertüren gibt es so grosse Löcher, dass man reinschauen kann. In dem Schlafzimmer zum Hof ist ein riesiger Schimmelfleck auf der Decke. Die Fotos täuschen sehr über den heutigen Zustand der Wohnung. Zusätzlich ist der Zugangspasswort von der Ausgangstür nicht korrekt angegeben.
GBExcellent location. Great arrival instructions from the Prestige Team. I liked the suggestions on where to go, eat, activities etc. Very helpful.. The apartment was an excellent size for 5x adults and well kitted out with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and book again as a regular visitor to Budapest.
The bathrooms could see improvements. Two showers are available, and in both, the water temperatures fluctuate between very hot or cold. One was leaking water onto the bathroom floor, and the shower head was not held together as it should be, so it spurted out water. One toilet door would not shut.
ILThe apartment was located in the Jewish Quarter, near all kosher restaurants and an easy walk to attractions in the center of town. The apartment itself was large and spacious, easily accommodating a multi-generational family of ten people ages 3-70, very warm, and comfortable. The kitchen is also a great size, making it possible to cook some meals on the premises.
There is nothing to dislike, but I think it’s important to mention it’s on the second floor without an elevator.
ILThe location was good, the apartment was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped.
We left the apartment disappointed. The beds are broken, mold on the ceiling, the shower door is broken, life-threatening, the WiFi didn't work most of the time, there's a drug dealer on the entrance floor and a lot of junkies hanging around - we're with children!
