Sunny Beach Apartment with Sea & Mountain Views

The building was spacious enough for the 3 of us and the building was very clean and the area was very peaceful and safe The host was very nice to let check out late in the afternoon

The stairs were too long. On our last day there was no electricity since from last night until our check-out day

We Loved everything about the place, it was clean and cozy, near the beach and safe. The owner was so sweet and answered on time.

We are very disappointed with this property. In the beginning I asked to make some dates change for health problems and they denied it. We decided to take the trip and try to forget about our problems. We arrived after 23:00 to the place, all the restaurants and delivery services were close. At the flat was not a single drop of still water, we wanted to take a shower there was not soap., we wanted to have a cup of tea, was not tea. For our surprise all the time was a very strong smell of Marijuna all the time. And to top it all off, the bed made awful noises and was super hard and uncomfortable, which gave me a stiff neck. We left the flat in the early hours of the day. Booking.com does not take responsibility for checking the properties it offers on its website. I make a complaint to booking.com and they wanted to give the ridiculous amount of 198.00 Rands for compensation. It is absolutely ridiculous! I needed to book another place to stay in Cape Town save and comfortable.

The view of Table mountain / Cape Town natural scenery was gorgeous. In a gated apartment block away from the city so felt safe. Wifi.

The property in general was below expectations - the cutlery in the drawers was dirty, and the sink was dirty on arrival. The building had planned maintenance, which neighbouring flats were aware of, but the host did not relay this to us. We were without water for almost 24 HOURS - from the taps/shower/ entire flat because the pipes had been switched off - I needed the help of a neighbour. The bathroom is in the bedroom and has no door. The bathroom sink does not drain well, and the shower pools up at your feet. And lastly, the sofa bed is a 3/4 size at best, not a full sofa bed.

Location was great and the flat had everything that was needed.

The stairs are a bit much for elderly maybe it should say which floor the flat is situated on so people know

The location was close to the main activity areas, with easy parking and a short distance to both the mall and the beach. As described on the webpage, it was safe and peaceful. The unit was equipped with everything you might need at home—whether cooking, washing, or doing general household chores.

One thing to be aware of is that the apartment does not have an air conditioner. Because it receives a lot of direct sunlight throughout the day, it becomes extremely hot inside, especially during warmer months. This made the space quite uncomfortable at times, even with the windows open. Anyone sensitive to heat or visiting during peak summer should keep this in mind, as proper cooling would make a significant difference to the overall comfort of the stay
