La Terrazza tra Mare e Cielo by Wonderful Italy

Posizione centralissima, caffetteria sotto casa, terrazzo sopra la città, presenza di ogni accessorio in cucina, macchina caffè con 2 capsule, lavatrice con 2 dosi per lavaggio, phon, clima in camera da letto e un clima (vecchiotto) in salotto/cucina, sdrai e tavolo in terrazzo

Mancanza di parcheggio, abbiamo fatto un abbonamento di 7 giorni sulle colonnine per i posteggi con €21, si possono usare tutte le strisce blu, quello più vicino è Tenente Specchia, noi abbiamo usato sempre questo, aspettando qualche minuto un posto si libera sempre. Mancanza di un recapito diretto, c'è un'agenzia di Milano che coordina tutto ma si possono contattare solo dalle 9 alle 23:00, al di fuori di questi orari (se si rimane chiusi fuori ad esempio) non trovate nessuno. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile ma non poteva lasciare il suo cellulare. Le scale non sono comodissime quindi sconsigliato a chi ha problemi alle ginocchia. Mancanza di lavastoviglie. C'è la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti, anche se passano tutti i giorni alla partenza se ne saranno creati altri, noi abbiamo risolto portando tutto al punto di raccolta dietro Eurospin, non è segnalato sul foglio che vi daranno meglio informarsi.

De locatie is zonder meer fantastisch, leuk dakterras, fijne slaapkamer en dito badkamer. Wij vonden het bed wel fijn. 2 toiletten is ook een voordeel.

Helaas een paar minpunten: weinig servies en bestek. En een paar zaken zijn toe aan reparatie of vervanging. Het Nespresso apparaat deed het niet, tuinbankje boven is kapot en de deur van de slaapkamer naar het dakterras konden we niet meer open krijgen (is wel dezelfde dag opgelost ).

The location of the apartment is fantastic. It is in a small cul de sac just off the main square and minutes walk from the Centro Storico. The apartment is very large with the highlight being the beautiful ceilings and the fantastic roof terrace which is ideal for relaxing. There's also a utility room with a washing machine as an added bonus as are the two bathrooms. My only concern would be for people who have difficulty with stairs. The access is up a steep flight of stairs and the roof terrace is also accessed by steep stairs. It wasn't an issue for us but if you struggle with stairs it could be a problem for you. Lovely place and highly recommended.

We stayed for 4 weeks and expected more cleaning products, spare bedding and towels. Some of the kitchen utensils were of high quality but others were not and it would have been helpful to have a set of knives.
