We liked that the property was three storeys so it felt very spacious. As a family of 5 adults travelling together - already for several weeks by that point, we sure needed the space from each other. There was a toilet on every level which was a big plus particularly for those in our group with mobility issues. Good location, close to public transport, cafes, and walking distance from some tourist attractions.

Whilst the location was good in terms of distance to attractions and public transport, the area is quite noisy as a result and the noise is hard to shut out particularly at night. The wifi was also very patchy and continually dropped out on all three levels. The oven unfortunately didn’t work; however, the host was apologetic and tried to organise for it to be fixed ASAP but as this couldn’t happen until the next day and when we would be checking out, we were offered a late checkout. We couldn’t take advantage of this due to pre-existing arrangements for our onward journey, but appreciated the gesture.

The location of this property is excellent for access to everything we wanted to see in Belfast. We walked everywhere. We were also seeing the Killers at Boucher fields and it was an easy 40 minute walk back rather thank getting stuck in traffic. The facilities were very good and it had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The host was very responsive and friendly.

The house was in a great location for everything we needed, the house was lovely and the communication with the owner was brilliant, we would definitely look to stay again 😀

Great, central location - walking distance to city centre, restaurants, bars, and public transport. Easy access to property and good communication from Chantelle - immediate response when we were corresponding before arrival. Rooms were lovely, well stocked kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and oven. TV in every room and comfy beds. Like a home from home. Great value for money. I will definitely use it again if I'm back in Belfast.

The first floor bathroom leaks through the ceiling above the dining table , not the best place to dine while the shower is operational..
