The bed was uncomfortable, the toilet seat slid off the toilet, the television wasn’t tuned in (and couldn’t be tuned in) there was a musty smell down the stairs and into the bedroom, the keycard didn’t work, and the shower was no where near big enough for us larger people.

Easy to find. Very good kitchen!

Very small room, no comfortable chair 1 socket, loose toilet seat, shower base seemed to be in need of repair. Very poor duvet & thin pillow.

Great location for centre. Very clean and had everything we needed.

We were in the top room (d) Lovely decor and room but bedroom very small and camp like bed. It was fine for one night but would be difficult for anyone who is not able to climb many stairs or manage in such a tight space in a very low bed - I would imagine that was the only room like that with it been at the top of the house

It was excellent value for money. Excellent kitchen facilities for a longer stay I.e. if you are working nearby. Easy access with codes provided.

The bed was rather short and I am not very tall. The pillow could have been a little more comfortable. Not sure if it was me being inept but I couldn't get the TV working. I am sure if I had rung the owners they could have given me help but I wasn't that bothered so not really a complaint, just an observation. Maybe some instructions would help.

Good location, walking distance to the train station and well connected. Had a couple of issues, but the owner was very responsive and kind to solve them. The kitchen was ever so clean, with everything available to either cook or warm up a meal.

The mattress was really thin and soft, and the room could use a slightly sturdier one for comfort. Toiletries were minimal, only a nearly empty hand wash bottle. The room had a TV, but neither TV channels nor any streaming services were available. Neighbours (in other rooms) were really loud and noisy. This is not the fault of the owner, but given that the walls are thin, it was uncomfortable.
