Very convenient location in Valletta.

I would have preferred having the option to lock the property with a key after my arrival. I was worried someone might see me enter the code and they would be able to easily break in.

L'appartement est très bien situé par rapport aux attractivités touristiques et à la gare routière. Il est bien équipé. Il est à l'écart des rues bruyantes. Il bénéficie d'une magnifique vue sur le Grand Harbour, avec des fenêtres teintées et très bien isolées phoniquement. On ne s'en lasse pas ! Etant dans une maison ancienne, il a été très bien refait tout en gardant son authenticité. Le digicode a été bien apprécié car pas de clés dans les poches.

Des travaux ont lieu plus bas dans la rue mais nous étions informés par le propriétaire. Les travaux commencent à 7h15 mais lorsque l'on veut visiter, ça ne pose pas de problème. Le logement est bien isolé phoniquement côté port par les fenêtres, mais côté rue, l'appartement n'a qu'une simple porte en bois qui donne accès directement dans le logement. Toutefois, il y a peu de passages dans la rue la nuit. Une simple porte vitrée bien isolée qui séparerait l'escalier du logement (pour ne pas gâcher la beauté de la montée d'escalier) serait grandement appréciée et permettrait de mieux noter cet appartement de charme.

L'emplacement était top - très belle vue du port. Je suis arrivé très tard (minuit) et n'avais aucun problème pour accéder à l'appartement. Les hôtes étaient toujours très réactifs et ont répondu à toutes mes questions. Je recommande sans hésitation.

The best thing about this apartment is the stunning view across the Grand Harbour. It is within easy walking distance of all Valletta’s bars, restaurants and attractions. No 52 is small with modern facilities, comfortable and ideal for a couple. The information from the hosts is extensive. We had a slight issue during torrential rain of water coming through from the apartment above. We contacted the host who rang immediately and within 30 minutes the fault was fixed and a cleaner had arrived. We thought that was exceptional service. We stayed for 10 days and hired a car and although parking in Valletta is challenging we always found a white space nearby.

The accommodation was absolutely lovely, with a magnificent view. The host provided us with everything we needed and more. It was very clean and cosy with little to no noise coming from the surrounding area. It's located in a rather central location, so it was very easy to get a taxi or have a short walk to bars, restaurants, and other attractions. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the property and the views are just out of this world. The host - Martin and Maria were absolute gems. The facilities in the apartment were top class - the washing machine / dryer, kitchen utensils, instructions, bathroom - everything was perfect.

We thought that the bed was a little uncomfortable. We certainly slept well but with a better bed, I would have rated the property a 10 on 10!

Amazing views over the harbour to the three cities. Convenient location for ferry and bus station and for exploring Valletta on foot. Comfy bed and great shower. Good communication with hosts.
