"Super cottage"

Pretty little cottage, nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. Bude is a super location and the cottage is so close to the beach, canal walks and the town. Owner very friendly and helpful. Had a super stay!

"The best place to stay in Bude!"

The location is fantastic, 5 minutes to the beach (with a 5 year old). 5 minutes to walk to restaurants and shops. Perfect for boat rides or going crabbing at high tide. The owners are amazing, and were on hand to help out with any questions, they have thought of everything you might need for your stay. For example, a stool in the bathroom so little ones can use the sink, Netflix on the TV so that when little ones wake up at 5.30/6am there's a away to entertain them while you have a fresh pot of coffee, a washing machine and dryer, a shed full of bodyboards and buckets and spades.... The list goes on. The welcome of fresh scones cream and jam was such a lovely touch. Parking is easy, Joe the owner has a little spot that he saved for us, we left the car there for the whole trip and it was perfectly safe and free. We had such an amazing time staying here, I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else next time I'm in Bude. Absolutely perfect for a young family that just want chilled out days on the beach.

This is not the owners fault, but we partly booked this location because it was very close to the only rapid EV charger in Bude based in the tourist information centre. However the EV charger didn't seem to be working. So just something to consider if you're planning on charging your car near this property.

Fantastic period cottage Fantastic location Pub/beach Fantastic canal walking so many places to walk There was a Christmas tree up which made it very special Loved the welcome pack enjoyed everything wine and mince pies especially

Loved everything but would have liked a small coffee table in the lounge - we had to play board games in the kitchen-
