Clean comfortable and very well equipped

It’s on a big hill which made walking anywhere difficult

The location was great. It was home from home, all the creatures comforts. Easy to gain access.

This is a fantastic place! It had everything we needed; it was very modern and clean and offered plenty of amenities, including many extra things that are not always provided elsewhere. The area was also very quiet. The sea view from the window was amazing, and the whole house had a lovely seaside theme. The attention to detail made our stay enjoyable and comfortable, including the welcome basket in the kitchen when we first arrived. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lovely place to stay, and we hope to return again!

Lovely house with excellent facilities

Minor comment - the house is appealing to families since it has three bedrooms but outside only two patio chairs.

Lovely house with spacious open plan living area. Extremely well equipped throughout, good high chair and travel cot provided, Beautiful views. Easy parking for two cars. Kind welcome box of wine and biscuits.

Thin curtains and uncomfortable beds. All four adults, young and old, struggled with the thin, soft mattresses. My husband could even feel the springs in his bed. Our lack of sleep was exacerbated by the thin curtains everywhere , so we were all woken at dawn daily by the sun streaming in. Such a shame as this is a fabulous house and with better beds and better curtains I would have scored it a perfect 10.

Lovely, spotless, well-equipped, beautifully decorated and peaceful home with parking in a gorgeous part of the island. Downstairs has a bedroom and bathroom on ground level which is useful. Walking distance to the stunning Steephill Cove beach and the Botanic Gardens (with hills). Sky TV and views of the sea. Great communication from owners and lots of thoughtful touches. Will definitely go bank!

Lovely spacious property with lots of amenities, a real home away from home. Gorgeous sea views, quiet location but close enough to Ventnor town and the beach.

Beds were a little soft for our liking but it’s really personal preference as others in our party said they were very comfortable.
