Spacious apartment, well decorated just like the photos, complete appliance, Very clean, attentive owner. It is not in the center but by car it is easy to access.

I had difficulty accessing it due to having no internet and not having scheduled an arrival time, so I didn't have the correct details to access the property.

The property was well appointed with anything one might need. Unlike many properties in Italy, it had a washer AND a dryer!! While they could only accommodate a small load of clothes, we were able to wash and dry a few loads during our 2 night stay! We based our stay in Modena in order to visit nearby Ferrari and Lamborghini factories and museums. It was in a safe location and not far from restaurants along Tangenziale Sud Pablo Neruda.

Easy to find

Not clean enough. Some corners in the small room with mold. Old furniture and used with vizible areas.

The apartment was modern and comfortable.

I had difficulty getting into the apartment, due to WhatsApp, used by the rental agency for remotely enabling access, inexplicably did not work over the cellular network. That was eventually resolved by a phone call to a rental agency employee. We did have difficulty using the advertised washing machine. Apparently the previous tenant did not check out on time, causing the house keeping crew to leave bedding and towels in the machine.

The apartment was perfect for a family and has everything.
