Private Room

Absolutely nothing, this place is shockingly bad. Truly it should not be allowed on Booking.com and I will be reporting it. Abysmal, please do not come to this place.

The filthy room and kitchen, the rats, cockroaches and other insects everywhere, and the lack of fire safety. I had a fire on the aircon outside my room on last night and was woken by firefighters to evacuate me!

No breakfast

It’s not 120m2 apartment. It is shared room in apartment. Shared bathroom. No towels. Hairs previous guests, trash from previous guests, bed sheets smells as they was not changed.

Nothing at all

Opening the front door to the property was greeted with a strong smell of damp. The room itself isn’t an apartment it’s a room with shared facilities TV didn’t work No WiFi as advertised Room was not clean at all, a previous guests rubbish was left on the window sill. Weeks not days of dust bin had no bag inside. Road noise was bad but the noise from the shop fridges from below was worse. Constant alarms going off all night. Wallpaper was falling off the wall and held in place with sellotape Didn’t sleep in the bed and left the property to sleep in the car at 2:30am. Without doubt the worst place I’ve ever stayed in

This was one of the most horrible stays ever, if you like having upu door open so anyone can come in while you sleep great cos that's what happened with us, It was a nightmare plus this property is not hotel or own apartment it's a share home you have your room &, you share bathrooms & kitchen & toilet too!, disgusting right!, it was very dirty & smelly or curry food cooking its above a open late spar shop so get noisy the beds are very straight i felt like a ironing board when I woke up !, we had to stay because we had no where else to go, the landlord will not refund me because he said I stayed so you can guess how I felt %£#@!!! The was human downstairs hair on the windows sils and black dust all over we never showered cos it wasn't nice in there too, the kitchen fridge was well basically we shouldn't of opened it cos we was almost sick!! If people have stayed here before they ov to nice to say what im saying but im me n this id my truth!!, stay away from this dump !!

EVERYTHING!!

The self checking was nice and easy, got plenty of time before I had to check out too. Met the owners of the room on my departure, they were very nice people, they even phoned me to tell me I forgot my charge and returned it to me. The room was good. Tv had Internet so I could watch a movie and relax before bed. Overall for the price I paid it was a good place to stay I'd recommend it.

The door didn't close flush cause of the lining sticking out of the door, after I realised it still closed and locked I felt better though

Heating was not working I couldn’t sleep so cold Room with big windows light from out side and especially so noisy

The communication with the host was excellent cannot fault this was quick to respond when had access challenges and enquiry questions. The Bedroom was tidy and would have been suitable if not for the rest of what occurred.

Unfortunately my stay here was cut short due to noise from other people the host had let out other rooms out to. Loud shouting singing at early hours of morning along with a what sounded like a refrigeration unit going on and off all night. At one point my door was tried to be opened so had to put a chair under door knob so to be safe. No toilet roll provided and a dirty shared kitchen and bathroom. Window did not close so very cold although there was a storm when stayed this probably didn't help. Also something in ceiling was trying to scratch and claw its way out. I chose this accommodation as had to visit my daughter in hospital but could not stay here my 2nd night as no sleep and did not feel safe as a solo female traveller. This could be a nicer place to stay with some tender loving care and thought especially as close to the hospital.
