Гарне розташування у центрі Одеси, легке самостійне заселення, 2 кімнати та кухня, душова кімната, було комфортно для 4х гостей. Є вода питна, весь посуд. Гарний будиночок та чиста парадна., 2й поверх та вікна у двір, тому тихо. Світло, опалення гаряча вода є завжди. Добра комунікація з господарем.
