"Spacious, clean, comfortable family house in quiet area."

Spacious and clean property. Quiet area. Walking distance to shops. Beds comfortable.

Could be doing with a few extras in kitchen, nothing major, cheese grater, basin, tea towels, knives, teapot, plug for sink. Property sleeps 6+ but only 4 chairs at dining table. Toilet seat needs looking at. Advised owner of blocked outside drain that needs looked at too to stop water overflowing at back door.

"Highly Recommended and True Value for Money."

Great value for a lovely home. So much better than any local hotels. Would and probably will stay here again. Owner is Great, with excellent communication. Local to town centre (10 minute walk) but far enough to be away from the hussle and bussle. Highly recommended.

"Exceptional"

Great location to the NEC. 3 comfortable double bedrooms and a spacious living area downstairs. Parking for 2 vehicles on the drive was great too. We were working at the NEC and was only a 15 minute commute in and out. The property is tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac so was very peaceful and quiet in the evenings. We'll be staying here at our next NEC event for sure!
