Bu otelde ikinci konaklamamiz. Kış sezonu olmasına rağmen tesisteki olanaklar harikaydı. Isıtmalı kapalı havuz, ısıtmalı açık su parkı çocuklar için oldukça eğlenceli. Personel gayet kibar, ilgili ve yardımsever. Yiyecek ve içecekler de gayet lezzetli ve kaliteli. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteriz.

Часть номеров выходит на сцену гдетанимация до 23 часов, мне это мешало отдыхать. Бронировала номер с видом на море , но пришлось переселиться с частичным видом из-за шума. Еда разнообразная , но бывает и вкуснее в Турции. Полотенца по карточкам, ребенок сдал и карту ему не отдали из-за этого были потом проблемы , которые мы не смогли решить на ресепшене.

Everything was great. Not so much options for alarcarte restaurants. Food was great but little to no variety of rice dishes and Turkish Mediterranean type dishes which I was really looking forward as part of the Turkish cuisine.The grill section was ok but can be better, I was missing the authentic turkish kebab type grill varieties.Vegetables and salads were surplus and really good also sweets, cake, confectionery,

Staffs assuming that every guest is Russian

Классический вариант отдыха пакетных туристов. Со всеми вытекающими. В целом отель чистый, персонал отзывчивый. К сожалению, за 4 дня уборку в номере не сделали, потому что приходили в час обеда, когда ребенок спит. Номер был не готов к нашему приезду, а это было около 16.00. Еда не особо разнообразная. Бассейн с горками подогревается, это плюс. Рекомендовать не буду.

Good animation and sports, decent beach

Too many drunk people, food awful, very crowded, small rooms, shabby and old

I really liked the interior design in the common areas — it’s stylish and comfortable, except for the lobby bar. The food in the main restaurant was absolutely delicious; I don’t know how they do it, but every dish was just so good! The staff at the bars and restaurants were friendly, professional and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Also the guest relations helped in many situations.

Unfortunately, the rooms were quite disappointing. They are small and dark, with low ceilings and clearly in need of renovation, especially in the bathroom area. Even worse, one morning a staff member entered our room while we were sleeping, apparently to refill the minibar — which was completely unacceptable. In one of the rooms, we even found huge cockroaches. While the hotel did move us to a different room after we complained, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. We also had difficulties printing our boarding passes — the process was handled poorly and caused unnecessary stress. On top of that, the resort feels overcrowded, and it’s often hard to find available spots at the beach.
