房东太好了！晚上我们坐飞机到了罗马机场，房东详细告知我应该乘坐的火车，并且提前到那个车站来接我们，非常热情！房间很大很干净，咖啡和小蛋糕还有水都给我们备好了，并且有一个超大露台，只是我们来不及去享用了。房东的儿子向我们介绍酒店的一切和附近的餐馆有什么餐食，让我们非常惊喜！很棒的住宿体验，感谢房东的一切帮助，有机会希望再去入住！

L'appartamento è accogliente, pulito e in ottima posizione essendo a pochi passi dalla stazione Parco Leonardo. I proprietari sono gentili e molto disponibili. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Top apartment indeed! Having traveled around Italy and having stayed in a few other suites, I would definitely say this one is the best! New, super clean and tidy, spacious. It has all you need, even some extra things, like treats from the hosts: chocolate croissants, spaghetti, a big bottle of cold water in the fridge (which was a real pleasure). In addition to double-size bed, there is a couch/sofa which actually turns out to be a big bed for two people. Additionally to all laundry and ironing facilities, you will find a tool for charging your multiple devices, hydgine gel, needle and thread. The kitchen is more than well-equipped. And a spacious balcony! It actually serves as a terrace with a nice table to enjoy your breakfast with a cup of coffee and the morning sun. Super helpful and caring hosts! Even though I am a picky client, this apartment exceeded my expectations. If we ever need to stay around Rome or Fiumicino airport, we would choose this suite again. Best value for money. Dear Guests, kindly take care of this apartment at least as good as the hosts take care of you :) Thank you.

The apartment's prime location offered exceptional convenience: just 2 minutes from the train station and adjacent to a mall with diverse amenities, including supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants. The cleanliness was impressive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We easily accessed Rome's center and Trastevere using affordable 1 euro tickets, and the proximity to Fiumicino Airport (just 1 stop away) was a significant advantage. The staff's professionalism was outstanding, with special mention to the cleaning lady Alina, and the overall area felt clean and secure.

Casa molto bella, pulita e comoda. Il terrazzo su cui si affacciano cucina, salotto e camera da letto è molto ampio ed è piacevole stare sul suo grande tavolo. È a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni Parco Leonardo e ad un minuto a piedi dal centro commerciale WOW dentro cui si possono trovare un ipermercato e tanti negozi, ristoranti e bar. È stato molto comodo trovare all'arrivo in omaggio un po' di cose in dispensa come pasta, olio, tè, caffè e zucchero, oltre a detersivi per cucina e bucato.

Very clean apartment with a nice big balcony. A quick check inn and very friendly landlady. The place is very quiet and only 4 min by train from the airport. It's a bit longer to Rome and at midnight no trains from the center, but with our late arrival and later our early departure to the airport,the location is great. Would definitely book again when in Rome next time. Kitchen well equipped and actually everything you need is there.
