"The reception staff hostile and arrogant"

The reception staff were hostile and arrogant. Additionally, they asked for a deposit that was not mentioned in the description, and they informed me that I had only a few hours to pick up the keys, otherwise, they would charge me extra

L'emplacement est top, et l'appartement est fonctionnel

La caution de 500€, je n'aime pas ce genre de pratiques, et aussi la caméra dans le salon, soit-disant pour une question de sécurité, mais que j'ai débranché dès que je l'ai vue.

Todo fue mal y además me estafaron Primero te cobran una fianza de €500 adicionales y de allí me cobraron €80 porque supuestamente utilicé el TV. Tengo un mes reclamando esto y no me responden mensajes ni dan la cara. La llave del apartamento hay que buscarla en otro sitio bastante lejos del alojamiento Te escanean tu TDC No los recomiendo por nada. Ahórrense venir a este apartamento para que eviten este mal rato

Saubere, gemütliche, gut gelegene Wohnung. Nettes Personal.

Es gab eine Video Kamera im gesamten Wohnbereich. Auf Anfrage sie abzustellen wurden wir abgewimmelt. Haben sie dennoch abgedreht und wurden mehrmals darauf hingewiesen, sie einzuschalten.
