MYSuperb in cleanliness. Very neat and tidy house. All the facilities provided are fully well function.
The kitchen got refrigerator, dining table and sink but stove and cooking utensils is not provided. For future improvement maybe can put small rice cooker. Anyway u can bring your own food and reheat with microwave provided. I'm not sure whats is the recurring like water pump sound near the 2nd bedroom area that keep me awake from my sleep because the sound is kinda bit disturbing for me.

The gate pass is slow to respond — we have to wait and wave multiple times before the gate opens.

At first, it is quite difficult to understand the parking system and how to reach the lobby from parking. But thankfully with help of the host, it can be solved.
