Brand New Luxury PH with Private Pool and Views

The overall size and flow of the condo is excellent. The outdoor space is outstanding and we really enjoyed using the spa and hanging out on the deck. The furnishings inside are lovely - large bathrooms in the two masters on the main level and the shared spaces are well maintained and refreshed. Our host Diego was extremely responsive and had the things that needed attention handled in very short order. Location is extremely convienent in terms of essentials...giant grocery store within walking distance. Restaurants required driving so definitely rent a car. Parking is a breeze here though!

The unit has definitely had some wear and tear on the fixtures...my guess is some rowdy groups may have come through. From the dishwasher not being secured to the wall (which Diego fixed immediately), the garbage disposal not functioning (they replaced it), the Spa not functioning (also fixed) and lights being burnt out or gone (fixed), scuff marks on walls and a towel racks unsecured (we didn't mention those as needing repair or I'm sure they would have). As mentioned above, Diego was fantastic in getting everything we mentioned handled asap. The WiFi was a bit spotty at times as well but with 6 of us using it, that may be par for the course. The kitchen is pretty sparsely supplied if you're planning to cook. A few pots and pans and bowls and minimal silverware. We needed to do dishes after each meal to have enough to go around. Salt/Pepper and oil are provided - bring everything else. And don't forget ziploc bags, plastic wrap or plastic containers if you plan to saving any food in the fridge - none are on site.
