Please note: late arrival until 22:00 will be charged 20 euro, late arrivals between 22:00 and midnight will be charged 50 euro extra fee. Dear guests, I inform you of an important rule of the house: when you are not at home, you are strongly requested to turn off all air conditioners, heat pumps, lights and electric appliances for a reason of energy saving and respect of the environment. If they are left on, we will turn them off. If guests require heating before or after the period set by the property, they will have to pay 14 euros per day directly in the property. The heating can be used from 1st of November to April 30th for a fee for a maximum of 5 hours per day respecting the local communications of La Spezia City Council. Guests are reminded that the use/switching on of the heating depends on the municipal and regional regulations in force at the time of their stay. if the heating will remain on for longer, the staff of the facility will push it.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
