The room is very spacious and was very clean. Shower was new and very clean. Elevator is available and very nice. Restaurant/bar on adjacent building and gas station next to it makes it easy to access food if needed.

No reception or anyone on site. No AC on hallways so they are stuffy. Lots of emails and extra agreements you need to sign before check in if you book through Booking.com. They use stripped sheets and colored bath towels/rugs and some were bleached with Clorox. They do not offer beach towels or chairs. Parking is at another location so its a always a hassle to walk to car to load and unload. Beach is a few blocks on the other side of the island. Be prepared to walk!

It was a decent room. Very clean

Not much of a view. Long walk to the beach. No breakfast. Trivago listed a hearty breakfast. Thought was too expensive.

The room was very clean. Close to everything. Parked the car and walked everywhere. Enjoyed the balcony.

Clean, modern, very comfortable and great location near the heart of town & a 10 minute walk to Folly Beach!

A Crew was working on hotel electrical issue and set off a piercingly loud & shrilling fire alarm around 9:00 am… that persisted untill the Folly Beach Fire Professionals came to disarm it. The noise was excruciatingly painful, we had to run outside of the building to escape the blaring drill. It was a bit unnerving because there is no staff on site to address it and the crew did not speak English very well.

We loved the location and walkability to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We loved the modern decor and the art on the walls. We loved the comfortable bed and pillows. We greatly appreciated the early check in. We are excited about the new cafe coming soon.

The only bummer is the $100 refundable room deposit that we had to call in and pay for before our stay.
