Sliema Unique 4 Bedroom Townhouse Off The Beach

Good value for money. Pretty nic apartment with AC which is useful in the hot Maltese summer days. The beds are comfy and there is a terrace which is nice. Also it is nice that 10 people can sleep in actual beds.

I tried to get infromation about early checki-in. Insted of yes or no I got a few time (even 2 hours befor arrival) an uncertain answer of "we will see" TV did not work The dishwasher is not mounted to the kitchen desk and keeps falling out :)

I loved the fact that each bedroom had an en-suite closeby.

There was a strong smell of drainage in the toilet room on the ground floor.

The location was very good for accessing Sliema seafront, the sea pool, cafes and shops, and a short walk to the ferry to Valletta. Also for self catering it was very handy having the Lidl a few steps away. The area was quiet and felt safe. On the whole the property was comfortable and spacious.

I cannot give a 5 star review for the property as there were some maintenance issues which we did mention to the manager in the hope that they would fix them soon for other customers. Some of the furniture and fittings were damaged or broken. There are several staircases in the property which would make it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The house itself was beautiful, the view from the terrace was amazing, the bedrooms were okay.

We found a couple cockroaches in the house, one which was inside the dishes Washing machine, which was quite unfortunatly. There was a room without AC evac hole which made the water dripp in the room. There was not enough toilet paper for the whole week and we had to buy some. The soaps for handwash were water and all the trash cans did not have trashbags which again we had to buy because we couldn't find any in the house. Overall the place was ok but this little details made the stay a bit unpleasnt.

Great location! & a lovely big house with lots of showers/bathrooms which is a bonus for such a big group. The outside space was lovely too.
