The door numbers were almost completely rubbed off the door pad! Couldn’t get in for 1/2 an hr after driving 31/2 hrs then he sends his NIECE to help us..also made the comment he “didn’t know” the door pad was like that asked what property he has MANY houses!

The cleanliness. The property. The location. The peacefulness.

On the last day the housekeeper arrived earlier than expected ( 8:30am) to retrieve paper towels on the chest sitting on the front porch. My problem with this was that my wife and I felt rushed. Yes it's check out day but we had until 10am to check out. Why couldn't she have waited until we were gone.

Location was great for what we needed. There was plenty of room and good facilities. Fantastic that the laundry facilities worked as so many other places don't have working facilities. Beds were comfortable and we had a good supply of towels. Owner messaged me direct to say anything less that a 10 rating is a bad review which this isn't. The rwting I feel is fair. The house is far from perfect but if you want somewhere comfortable, spacious and quiet for a few nights, then it is ideal.

We had to contact the owner to get the door code which should have been sent prior to our arrival. Also had to chase up the WiFi code. The house is very spacious but shows signs of its age all over. I get it is an old house butnit really does show it. Floorboards in stairway creak horrendously to the extent that anyone will get woken by someone going upstairs. Not, sure if it is a common thing in American homes but the house badly needs an upstairs bathroom. Bedroom doors also need shaven as they don't shut without a bit of force and then it takes a real effort to open them which isn't great when kids get up in the middle of the night.

The house was spacious with plenty of room. The backyard and deck were really nice.

Had to call to get the door code which was supposed to have been sent to me. The grass needed cut.

It was exactly what we needed. Good kitchen, dinning room and living room for us to visit with our family. The house had everything we needed to entertain. The bed and bedrooms were very comfortable. The backyard was great and it has a nice deck to view the beautiful outdoors. Loved the historical area and it was walkable to the park and downtown Loveland. Great community! All in all this is a great value. I would book this house again.
