It was 1 minute walk from the beach

Towel was a bit smelly/mouldy. Bed was like a camping thing, very noisy metal when you move.

駐車場が広く停めやすい。洗濯機を自由に利用できて洗濯が出来るので汗をかく夏の季節には助かる。エアコンとサーキュレーターがあるので室温は調整できる。

一軒家の空き部屋の利用のため、壁が薄くて髭剃り音すら出すのに気を使い髭剃りを諦めるほど。部屋やトイレ、風呂の扉を閉める音がうるさいのでクッション材などを貼ったりした方が良い。照明の調整機能がなく小さい灯りが欲しいのに出来ずに真っ暗で眠ることになる。部屋にはテレビもなく椅子もないのでベッド上で過ごすしかない。洗濯してもボロいハンガーしかない。玄関にはサンダルを置いて誰でも利用できるようにした方がよい。外人の利用者のためか筆記体の英語で施設の説明書きがあるが上手ではないので読みにくい、日本語の説明もあった方がいい。風呂はボディーシャンプーがどれだか分からなかった。ゴミ捨て場も筆記体の英語なので分かりにくくてどこに捨てるべきか分からない。共同でテレビを見られる場所があるが1人はなかなか利用しにくい環境だった。

As someone who has traveled all over the world, I can say this is one of the most authentic and memorable places I’ve stayed. I spent a week here and easily could have stayed longer. Jun, the owner, is kind, helpful, and speaks English, which made everything smooth and welcoming from the start. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable, and the entire property is clean. While it’s not a luxury villa - and isn’t meant to be - it offers something far more special: a genuine, warm, and local experience. The shared spaces are an added bonus, including a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (with cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and tea/coffee facilities). Having access to a washer and dryer was also a big plus. The bathroom is well-stocked with essentials, and the view of Mt. Fuji - from the bathroom, kitchen, and Japanese-style room - is simply unforgettable. The location is perfect: just minutes from the beach and lovely hiking areas, with a Piago supermarket and 7-Eleven around the corner. I also used one of the provided bikes to explore the shops and restaurants in the city center, which is only 15 minutes away by bicycle or bus. Overall, this place offers outstanding value for money and a heartfelt, memorable stay.
