Apartament cu 3 camere chiar in inima Capitalei

Locația e ok. Internet excepțional de bun.

1. Curățenia era inexistentă. Praf pe jos, frigider murdar. 2. Paturile. Saltele care scârțâie ca o alarmă antifurt la cea mai mică mișcare. În plus foarte tari și incomode cu arcuri care îți intră în coaste. 3. Lenjeria de pat probabil nu a fost împrospătată demult. 4. Pereții murdari și ne-renovati de ceva timp. 5. În baie periodic se simțea miros de canalizare. 6. Boilerul de apă caldă era deconectat și blocat!! În concluzie: apartamentul are potențial bun, dar necesită ceva renovare și atenție din partea gazdei.

The property was accessible to public transport and supermarket. It is quiet and secure. There is a lift going up to the apartment.

The kitchen could do with utensils and cutleries upgrade.

there were cockroaches everywhere tens of them in every room unlivable conditions and no hot water cockroaches in drawers and in the sink
