Large bedroom, close to Airport and City Centre

Comfortable bed.

We essentially had a bedroom in a very small apartment that was occupied by renters. We did not anticipate sharing a bathroom. Uncomfortably small space. Not as advertised.

Easy access with lockbox, bedroom and bathroom were clean. Fine for staying one night after arriving late at airport and leaving the next morning. The hostess was actually our stewardess from the flight (?!) and she arrived a few minutes after we did. She and her husband live on site. Very friendly and discrete.

Given that the caretakers sleep in the room next door and the walls are thin, there is no sense of privacy. Also, feels strange walking in corridor to use bathroom not knowing if you will run into someone. Felt a bit like we were intruding, though we were in no way made to feel so. It is just a very small place, too small for 2 couples who don't know each other to be co-habiting. Clean but furniture was spartan and not top-quality. Felt functional rather than comfortable. I am sure the bed linens were clean, but due to their colour and texture, it did not feel that way.

Place was really comfortable and very clean. Would stay again if I come back to Edinburgh!

Perfect location very near from buses and tramway Quiet and peaceful area Incredibly clean

bedroom was large and having access to kitchen facilities a definite plus

the hosts were very accommodating but I had not realised at the time of booking that we were essentially staying with them in their small suburban home. there was no problems, just a subtle shift in dynamics which were not expected by me.
