I originally booked Preciosa Planta Baja, but due to last-minute issues, I was offered a different property at Avinguda de Joan Miró, 275 (5th floor). While the first two days of my stay were fine, things took a turn from the third day when a water leak began coming from the bathroom of the floor above (6th floor). I immediately informed the agent, but unfortunately, no action was taken for the remainder of my stay. The leak persisted and significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. I understand that issues can arise, but the lack of timely response and follow-up was disappointing.

"Wouldn’t stay again definitely not what we expected and host not upto her job"

Both bathrooms were mouldy, tv didn’t work and host couldn’t find anyone to sort it out, beds were damp on arrival and no instructions as to how to us the air on heating
