The hosts were amazing and really accommodating as we needed to check in early for a wedding. Lovely little room, super cosy.

Check out at 10am seemed pretty early but not a huge issue.

"A lovely, peaceful place to stay and/or to eat; Tess and Steve are great hosts."

Breakfast not included in the room price; however, we ate from the restaurant menu on our first night - and our food was excellent; dining area very clean and airy, service friendly and efficient.

The room heater in our ensuite bathroom (we were in the double room) wasn't switched on, and we were unable to turn it on - but that was a very minor issue.

Lovely location. Tess and all the staff were extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Pub is lovely inside and out. Pub food great. Perfect for us with our dog.
