Sea View Apartment - Holiday Valley Costa Adeje

Doskonałe mieszkanie na osiedlu z basenem. Widok z dużego tarasu jest przepiękny. Niedaleko sklepy oraz restauracje. Do wybrzeża kilkanaście minut spacerem, później trochę dłużej, gdyż jak to na wyspie, pod górę. Dla pragnących trochę ciszy i spokoju wieczorami lokalizacja jest jednak bardzo dobra. Parking na górze osiedla tuż przy apartamencie. Zdecydowanie polecamy.

The host was always available and even recommended several amazing places to visit, which was a big help for us. Self check-out was available at the end of our stay which was quite comfortable. The view from the apartment's balcony was mesmerising. Check-in instructions were very helpful, clear and detailed, and made the process much smoother.

The tapwater was not potable, and we did not receive any information about that. It is a local problem, but it would be nice to be informed upfront. The late check-in fee was not transparent until our booking and flight tickets were already settled and paid. "Arrivals after 9:00 PM incur a €25 fee, payable in cash at check-in." Which is really inconvenient if your flight is delayed and you can do nothing about it.

Punti positivi: Posizione ottima, con accesso comodo a tutte le zone di interesse, e Alfonso molto gentile e disponibile.

Punti negativi: Parcheggio quasi sempre occupato, pulizia non accurata con capelli trovati in casa, letto scomodo, piscina con scarafaggi morti e senza ombrelloni; per il prezzo pagato, mi aspettavo di meglio.

The whole apartment was very home from home,comfortable bed,large tv,we loved the balcony with sun loungers and seating area, no hard plastic chairs here and sun all day.And the view was fantastic, we were the very top apartment , quick response from your team to any questions we had, extra bedding sorted out the same day.

More steps than we thought and no lift, we got used to going down but was quite the climb up with shopping or visit to the pool.

All was great. The owners very helpful and kind. Very good hospitality. The view from the balcony is just amazing! All what was needed was available. Clean in a good condition apartment. No problems with parking around the area.
