Principe Real - Nice and Cozy private Apartment

The location of this apartment was great and if we had wanted to cook our own meals, this apartment would have worked perfectly for that.

The apartment is a little run down in general and needs a good upkeep/clean/fresh coat of paint. Someone needs to check out/clean the shower drain as we had to shut off the water so that the basin didn't overflow into the bathroom.

The location and the kitchen was well equipped and we had amenities in the bathroom.

The glassdoor of the bathroom, if you're sharing with more people can be very uncomfortable.

The location was great, you are close to all amenities and the sightseeing area. All in walking distance

When I booked this apartment, I had no idea it didn't have any windows—only a small window in the bathroom, making the apartment quite dark. The bathroom was in need of maintenance; it was uncomfortable to be in there (please see the pictures). The apartment was not cleaned properly. I found someone’s hair on a kitchen towel and the floor. We often felt like the building had cardboard walls, as we could hear our neighbors upstairs 24/7. They had children, and it seemed like someone was constantly running around, talking, or screaming. We could hear every word.

No security because a window doesn't close even though the apartment is on the ground floor. The manager refused to respond to my requests. The bathroom is in a sorry state. The accommodation does not deserve the price, which was over €100 per night.

Great location, walkable to tourist sites. Quiet street

The space is small but neat. Only 2 windows on ground floor.
