Ample cookware and utensils in the kitchen. Lots of ways to contact the property manager if things went wrong somehow. Actually, the management went out of their way to make sure we had all of the local information we needed for our stay.

Basically, what we didn't like was the uncomfortable bed and the lack of a small room darkening shade in the bedroom--the outside lights are on all night and the curtain does little to stop that light from coming into the room. I'm not sure how much control the property agent has regarding these issues.

Views were amazing, appliances, quiet area with easy access to the place.

Occasionally found a couple cockroaches nothing we couldn’t handle. I could see a front door bug sweep helping the situation out. Nothing that truly bothered us though. We dealt with them as they popped up.

The condo has a stunning view of the ocean. Small but very cozy condo just few steps from the water. Cost effective than hotels, because you can cook your own meals, since maui restaurants are few and expensive. The kitchen is big enough, well stocked with cooking extensiles , and has modern appliances. The shower head with good water pressure was a plus. Rhett was very accommodating, and was kind enough to let us check in early. We enjoyed the condo and we highly recommend it.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable, but if you are only two persons, the queen bed is enough and very comfortable.
