"The noise of vermin meant you were on edge as you thought they were coming through the plasterboard"

They had vermin in the walls and we could hear them scratching day and night We did complain still waiting to hear

"Not the relaxing break I was looking for."

Beds were very uncomfortable. Sofa was hard. It was very noisy from the neighbours living above running up and down stairs also building work starting at 8am on a Sunday to wake us up. The heating didn't work for us either. Also I tripped because of a long rug by the stairs that was slippy and ended up falling and my knee going through the wall, with that came £100 damage costs.
