NEW! Lavish Studio Loft in Central Downtown SLC

Really nice place. Well kept and beautifully decorated. Love the architecture and the roof top was pretty cool. Great view.

Finding the way in. That was confusing and it took a while to figure it out. Once figured out, it was great.

It was close to the convention center. The bed seemed comfortable.

The smell was so potent of cleaning supplies from the cleaners it was almost overwhelming along with all the sheets. The toilet is broken and is continuously running 24/7. There is black mold In the shower along the bottom and the shower curtain broke on me mid shower and would not go back up. Also there is a damaged drywall corner right outside the bathroom door with a sharp metal edge that I cut my shoulder on walking out of the bathroom. It was bleeding and had to bandage that up. The there are no curtains in the windows for privacy. Overall it was not a relaxing time and I ended up leaving two night earlier to stay at a hotel.

Lock box was a bit tricky and caused some anxiety. Might consider upgrading the lock box to make it easier on your guests.

You need curtains for the window! Being right across the street from a building that is lit up 24/7 means you are not able to sleep in darkness. Having no curtains to close to mitigate this was bad.

The sofa is not good and needs to be changed urgently. The mattress is very old…

The location is fantastic (especially if you are attending anything at the Salt Palace Convention Center). The beds are comfortable and the instructions on parking and getting into the apartment were excellent.

When we were there, the AC was not working. We had to keep the windows open all night to cool it down which was very loud. We let the hosts know and they said someone would look at it when we left. As others have stated, a lot of light comes in at night.

The location was great, right in front of Salt Lake Palace, which was my destination, and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The facilities were also well-equipped, which was great! I felt at ease because the owner responded immediately when I had questions.

I'm short and I ended up hitting my head on the structure of the building right next to the toilet a few times, so be careful. That's the only thing that bothered me.
