Es cómodo, te atienden enseguida y no hay ningún problema, el precio fue bueno. Para estancias cortas yo lo veo perfecto

Solamente no pude usar la televisión y la almohada es un poco incómoda pero todo lo demás excelente.

La atención del recepcionista Sr.Luis , fue increíble , amable respetuoso y detallado en explicar como funcionaba ya que era mi primera vez en un hotel cápsula. Para una mujer que viaja sola es importante sentirse segura .El sr Luis me explico desde para que sirven los botones rojos , hasta como funcionan las puertas y lockeres . Siempre respetuoso y amable

As proposed the facility was a small space to sleep, with enough room to move around. The bath and toilet facilities were always clean and in good shape. Not worn or compromised.

This is supposed to be a cost effective approach. Low cost is not the same as 'cheap'. Despite minimal facilities, they were also badly done. But the biggest issue for me is the capsules. If you thought you get an autonomous space, you are wrong. The capsules are not vertically separate. The light passes from one to the other, the air passes from one to the other and the sound is not insulated at all. I want to stress, the capsules are essential the same air space vertically!! This is huge. You are in a contained space so that the person above or below you is breathing the same air. You do not know who this person is. But if they are ill, it can be easily transmitted. If they snore, you hear it — LOUD and clear. And if they turn on their light, it shines through. The other component is that there is so little space given to convenience. 1) The locker is big enough for a single carry-on only. It has 3" of hanger space only, so your clothes will be squeezed against your bag. The room below does not hold two shoes side by side, it is too narrow. And your hanging clothes even shirts, will rest crumpled on your shoes. 2) There is no where to put your bag to open it and arrange your belongings. There were only two wobbly benches. There is one self and one small bench in the shower. Over and over again, there is simply not any convenience in this place. The front area has 2 tables to stand at. The lighting a poor. You feel exposed. Everyone is a stranger. What I am saying is that this is not only stripped down, but also poorly thought through. Not convenient and shabbily arranged.
