The apartment is new, very clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a very good position. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Very fast and easy check-in and check-out. An excellent accomodation for your trip in Edinburgh and neighboring areas.

It is rare when you get a description like "small comfortable clean modern apartment" that you find the description to be accurate and without some qualification or the words to be somewhat fanciful or a bit oversold. This place was spot on. Very clean indeed, yes it is small but there is enough room without problems. It is obviously an older place that has been well renovated and modernized, no complaints there. The wifi was solid, most reasonably expectable facilities and items provided. What we called a 'rotating pantry', i.e. various useful items such as salt pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, chili much appreciated. And, not listed but also much appreciated - quiet. Owners responsive.

The back yard could use some work, and the front parking is not 'pretty'. Mind you, if that was done this would be a premium property and command a premium price, probably with little actual added value for a holiday rental, only for an owner or long-term rental. An update to the 'leaving instructions' could be useful, but no issues as the owners are responsive.
