Private Room 1 Near Southmead Hospital

There is a smell in the room, can you always put air freshener or scent to make the room smell nicely . But my stay was good

Kitchen facilities

Bath didn’t work Wasn’t very clean Duvet was stale smelling Kitchen was a bit grubby Noisy other guests pacing around Didn’t feel safe Noisy location instant traffic noise

The staff/owners were exceptionally kind, offering to help in any way possible. They went to buy teabags for me & loaned me a towel...usually this is not provided. The bed was comfortable. Access was easy. I liked that I was free to use the kitchen. It was a perfect location though....ten minutes from the venue.

I was reminded that I should always book my own bathroom, the standard all round was low in decor etc. I couldn't figure out the TV but I am not great with technology.

All very disappointing tbh

It was not as described… very misleading and relentlessly, unbelievably and unbearably hot

Shared bathroom NOT advertised

All good the customer service was out standing Thank you for the late check in flexibility this is handy for people who are late and also have to check in at awkward times
