Fresh bedsheets and fresh towels without funky smell

Hot water shwower barely can feel hot. Interior so run down. Wall cracks everywhere, paint peeling off and simply patched up. Curtains are joke, whole room already so bright in the morning. Lousy customer service. Only give 1 access card and key. Requested 1 more set of card and key because i am working and need 1 more set for my wife to bring to facility floor. But they denied me. Still dare to ask for 5 star rating. What a joke. Car park lane so cramped. Waiting time at lift so lobby. Better off go rent a hotel at the price paid. Facilties are crowded with other short stays who abuses the facility.

The facilities provided which is suitable for kids n parents. Parents can play the gym while kids play at the pool right in front of us.

The lift a bit slow. I think if the able to divided 2 lift for 20 upper floor above and another 2lift 20 for lower lower. Maybe better service better.
