Il personale non è minimamente accogliente e gentile, ho chiesto una semplice busta di plastica per mettere i vestiti sporchi e la responsabile in reception ha detto alla sua collega di non darmela. Pulizia scarsa , sia in camera che in bagno . In doccia non ci sono appenditi per asciugamano e vestiti. Non ci sono spazi comuni con aria condizionata , appena esci dalla stanza è una sauna.

The cleaning is horrible, both in the room and in the bathroom. They don't clean every day and I even saw men using the women's bathroom. There's no control for that.
DKVery hot lobby, no toilet paper in the lobby. Elevator played up, kept changing directions. Drain in the shower was blocked, so there was water everywhere.
