Location, food, facilities, staff, pools was perfect, this hotel has thought of everything and you certainly can't get bored.

I didn't like just some rules like this somebody who is not guest of the hotel and don't have bracelet can't even step on the beach front of the hotel, not inside in the complex, on the beach...security guy immediately came and make problem if some your friend for example came to talk some words with you....

We stayed in that hotel for the second time. The only improvement was that the cafeteria was working 24h. The personnel inside the main Restaurant is working really hard to clean the tables and to serve your drinks. Some of the night shows are really great -very professional performances. On the other hand the live music bands are more or less on average level. We could highly recommend one to try the Turkish a-la-cart restaurant and the Spa.

Unpolite staff at the Reception, hardly speaking English. Even at the Guest Relations office no English at all, not to mention the other personnel. The Italian a-la-cart Restaurant is no worth to visit, even Pizza does not taste delicious.
